Sawdust bars go bad FAST. Most of my first batch now has nice fuzzy mold spots.

Mozzarella prosciutto basil roll is a small piece of heaven on earth.

Happy hour today, at work, will include something from Dittmer's. Life is looking up.

I've had the same problem with sawdust bars. I think keeping them in the freezer (everything but today's stash) helps.

I'm pretty surprised. There's very little moisture and not a lot of sugar content; what the heck are the beasties eating?
