Rice. Out of a box, with flavoring schtuff to make it more like pilaf. A little butternonbutter stuff with no trans fatty acids in it. About a quarter cup of chopped up almonds.
This does not in any way compete with the foodporn I've seen on LJ in the last few months, but for me, getting creative enough to add almonds to rice is a big step.
