MMMM BREAD!

There's absolutely nothing like the smell of fresh-baked bread.

And now, sadly, because of how long it took the dough to rise and all, I'm going right to sleep. But I'm having some of that stuff in the morning, I tell you what.

yum!! you're inspiring me to bake some bread, even if it's just oatmeal applesauce bread in the breadmaker.

no biggie. i'd mentioned the bread to Erica over the weekend, and she was kinda wanting the recipe, too. and i had the time to post it right then, so everyone wins.

i think i'm lacking the applesauce, but i am SO making this soon!
