MMMM BREAD!

There's absolutely nothing like the smell of fresh-baked bread.

And now, sadly, because of how long it took the dough to rise and all, I'm going right to sleep. But I'm having some of that stuff in the morning, I tell you what.

It's really better to let the bread cool before eating. Although it is sooo tempting when it first comes out of the oven, it really needs the time to set up inside before you chow down. So, in some ways, it was a good thing that you were forced to wait.

Well, yeah; I won't even slice it while it's still truly hot. A touch warm -- that's perfect.

It's all sliced up in a Ziploc bag, on my desk, awaiting lunch time. :)
