MMMM BREAD!
There's absolutely nothing like the smell of fresh-baked bread.
And now, sadly, because of how long it took the dough to rise and all, I'm going right to sleep. But I'm having some of that stuff in the morning, I tell you what.

I'm trying to relax a bit about what I eat. I should bake some bread! I love doing that, and I haven't, in ages! Thank you for the inspiration.

I'm feeling stupid for forgetting to add the rosemary to this batch. The dough was in the fridge waiting for me, and it needed a second rise, and I was going to mix rosemary into it... and I forgot. I stood there looking at the nicely formed loaf and realized what I'd done. But NEXT time!
