I don't do steps 3 & 5... well, they're on a train. I get lots of reading done on the train. And sudoku.
Actually, I kinda like this life.
I could do without my eyeballs drying out from the screentime, though.

Train commutes do have that advantage.
What gets me thinking "instant blues" about that cartoon is the lack of hobbies, family, new challenges, etc. My perspective on it changes drastically if I imagine that what is depicted is not meant to be the whole of a life.
