20 minutes on the rower this morning. My right foot does feel slightly more sore than usual, but that could be because it took me ten minutes to figure out how to do a really short stroke and barely use the legs at all.

I'm going to be soooo cautious. I get on the rower again no sooner than one week from now. If after a few weeks of that I'm okay, I can go to twice a week.

Wow does it feel good. There's a feeling muscles get after they've been worked a bit, sort of loose and relaxed and smooth-feeling. There's a feeling I get after I've had my heart rate really up for a little while, calm but energized if that makes any sense. I have MISSED this!

Yay for you! It's been a very long road to find something that you can use - here's hoping it really is a solution.

I'm so glad to hear that it might work for you! I know exactly what you mean about how exercise makes you feel, and it's great that you're able to feel that again!

I'll cross my fingers, toes and eyes for you!

Thank you! I'm sure you are very aware of what it's like to miss that feeling. We're both in bodies with expired warranties :-). But *fingers crossed* this'll work out!

YAY! Good for you for being cautious... I hope all goes well, though. Hooray for happy muscles!

Thanks! I'm already itching to get back to it. Caution will be difficult! :-)
