Wow, these guys just rock, don't they? This stock has yet again achieved a value it had in late 2001. And here we thought prices like that were fleeting. I don't think they'll break their October 2002 record (especially adjusted for splits), but I'm still impressed. I'd have guessed it would be difficult to reproduce the results of those days in today's environment.
Okay, I'm being snide. Seriously though, in 2002 I would have predicted it would be a lot healthier than this by 2006.

Not that I wasn't happier back three months ago, mind you, but I didn't expect that bump to last forever. I was delighted that it happened right after we bought the house, though.

As I said, I wouldn't have expected back in 2002 that things would look like this today. I am no optimist; I am rarely surprised in this direction. :-)
