Duchess had ONLY a bad infection!

Duchess lab report is back: not cancerous!! It was tissue that had sloughed away and it was FULL of bacteria. About 4 days after finishing this course of antibiotics, we should do a urinalysis to make sure the infection is gone.

Phew. :-)

How often can we be immensely happy having a bacterial infection? This is one of those times.

No kidding! I am so glad I live in a time AFTER antibiotics have come into common use.

YAY for Cato! That's good to hear. It's amazing how quickly an animal will heal after surgery, isn't it?
