If they'd made me cash it out instead of using it, I wouldn't have whined too too much, but this way I cross over my next stock-vesting date and I cross over my next health insurance month. I get paid the same either way, I stay in the office the same either way, but I'll take the stock if I can get it. I feel fortunate.
