Home safely, around 10 (10:30 at the house) last night. Exhausted. Eleven hours of flying - I can only imagine how tired Rob was. Thank goodness for autopilots.
Am at work now, after doing a bunch of laundry and cleaning up what the cat did. Am now ravenous. I guess maybe I did shift a little toward Central time.

Aaaaaand, you don't have to deal with airport security! :-)
(Normally it's not bad for us, but the long lines suck. And the first time I went through one of those chemical sensor booths, I went claustrophobic all of a sudden. Came out with the shakes. And then they picked me for a carryon luggage shakedown, which took ten really long minutes as they slowly went through EVERY SINGLE THING in my tightly-packed camera bag.)
'Nuff about that. Welcome back! The only thing I remember about visiting Galveston Beach as a child was big waves and oil clots in the water. :-)

Thanks! The water wasn't too bad when we were there. I hear it's often got schtuff in it.
