Seven times around the pattern. Yet again, I warmed up during the flight; my later landings were better than my earlier ones.

My coworker was hanging around hoping to solo, but the reported wind was just over his minimum. So I invited him to ride along with me. As there wasn't an instructor on board, he sat right seat, and he said it was very odd to sit in a cockpit and have nothing to do. :-)

Maybe next I'll go get a "$100 hamburger" somewhere.

Eh, well, actually, no. :-) With fuel a Piper Warrior from West Valley Flying Club costs about $100/hour. If there were an airport restaurant within a half hour's flying time (or slightly less, for runup and taxiing and the cost of the actual burger) it'd just scrape by.

A burger at the Two Niner Diner in Petaluma is probably a $200 burger. But you get to go right over SFO, which is cool. :-)
