My foot surgery photo gallery has new pictures in it. To see the new ones without seeing images that might bother some folk, start here (the first new picture), do "next" until you see the shower picture, then stop.

But it is fascinating. I guess if we didn't have skin our feet ould be more like hands. I'm just used to seeing toes all close not splayed like that.

So am I. My toes *can* spread pretty wide at the best of times -- (not by themselves like fingers can do, though. Just if I spread them by hand or by pushing against the floor) -- but that's not normal even for me! There even the metatarsals were splayed apart.
