Anybody heard anything from [livejournal.com profile] psi_star_psi and [livejournal.com profile] aelfie? He took time out of his frantic pre-paternity-leave work day to give me that adjustable bed table; her twins are due any freakin' second if they haven't already arrived. [livejournal.com profile] joedecker, [livejournal.com profile] allanh, any news?

Let me know when you two/three/five would like to have dinner again. We can either cook and host, or cook and bring it with us to your place. Jen sounded so miserable with moving herself about the last time she and I talked, I've been hesitant to suggest y'all come over before Elli & Gwen arrive.

(Although, given the distinct streak of irony in both of our families ... I could certainly myself sitting a steaming pot of something delicious down in front of you both at our house, and Jen suddenly announcing, "Oh, FUCK, they're HERE. NOW. And we haven't even started eating yet.")

Quick, invite them! Jen, Joe, accept! You know the waiting is just killing you!

OK, Will ... that is so NOT! HELPING!

If Elli & Gwen end up arriving during dinner at our house, do we get to help name them?

Elinor Randal Dadek
Gwendolyn Allan Dadek

I *like* it.

Or we could switch it 'round a bit ...

Elinor Allan Dadek
Gwendolyn Randal Dadek

Hm. This has definite possibilities ...

I'd take it under advisement.

BTW its Eleanor like Roosevelt and Acquitane. I'm a sucker for older spellings of names.

But you are right, it doesn't sound too bad.

You'll never know just how much I smiled this AM, reading your snickers.

Babies usually don't come that quickly. That's the TV sterotype.

I would love to have you guys over for dinner (bring something good) Poor Joe has been living on frozen and pre-packaged foods 'cause I can't stand long enough to cook!

Lets see what happens at my OB appt on Wednesday.
