Three-quarters of the way 'round the building (making sure to include the side with bad camber) and back again. My arms don't like this, Sam I Am, but I can tell they're getting stronger. I can put the chair in the car, wash my hands, and begin typing this journal entry without waiting for my arms to solidify again.

In other news, this morning's physical therapist taped the hell out of my feet* and my right one hurts MUCH MUCH less than normal. I don't know what he did or why the two are different, but I'm definitely going to tell him this experiment gave interesting data. The tape itself hurts a bit though.

*As opposed to yesterday's physical therapist who also taped the hell out of my feet -- differently. That was the myofascial therapy clinic, this one is a more garden-variety physical therapy place. I'm seeing them both and they're not jealous of each other. ;-)

Just wanted you to know that someone's reading these things, and finding them interesting.

Tape? i knew duct tape could fix everything!

and i too love reading these updates. not only 'cause i worry 'bout you, but it's a gentle reminder for myself that doing a little bit each day makes big things easier to tackle.

Duct tape has a light side and a dark side, and it binds the universe together...

Yeah, I don't know how I could get by if I couldn't do a little at a time. Speaking of which I think there's more than "a little bit" of dishes waiting for me -- sigh!

that's why i need the reminders: i had a mountain of dishes to wash tonight. :P

you know, if you haven't found gloves yet, duct tape might be a good quick-fix. work some pieces together so it's non-sticky on both sides, and fashion fingerless gloves? you could start a trend.

(or just use Mystery Box Contents as an oar)

Yay about the progress! More yay about the foot taping technique.
