Fortunately, it's a very effective biofeedback machine.
Unfortunately, it's the worst game I've ever played more that 30 minutes of.
Seriouly.
The bunnies-and-light-o-meter breaks just from booting the thing up. I'm currently walking through and making saved games at all the exercises so I don't have to listen to that crap anymore.
It's basically Myst (which I found unplayable) with more woo-woo than a crystal-wielding seance to contact aliens in the Virgo cluster.
It is, however, as I said, an *excellent* biofeedback machine. Heart rate, heart rate variability and skin conductance.
Oh, and I'm local to you and Joe, so you could always come over and try it out if you like. The effectiveness varies *widely* from person to person (it doesn't work on one of my gfs at all), so you might want to try it out.
Hmm, that's too bad. I'm not much of a game person myself (and I too disliked Myst in less than five minutes) but I'm disappointed that they didn't make that portion of the package more appealing. I would have thought that the whole idea of packaging biofeedback with a game was to give people an entertaining way to build a skill. Doesn't work if it's not entertaining!

Wow, someone who's played it!
