I really truly wasn't prepared for that. I might have nightmares. I am not making this up.

On the... er, good news? bad news? front, it looks like they didn't find even the smallest speck of endometriosis. ...siiiiigh...

Glad the diagnosis came back w/no endi.
As far as the video, you are a brave woman for watching. Am glad no one had the video going when I gave birth...owwweeeeee!

I sure didn't want to watch while I could still feel the incisions. That would be TOO MUCH! So I waited. :-)

I have a friend who has a video of her C-section. I don't think I could handle that either.

Smart move. I had a cyst removed from my arm once and was conscious but unaware of the work in progress. Not too bad.
I could see where your friend would want to see the csection. With natural birth, I felt every move she made until they put her in my arms. I don't want a recap of such a vivid memory, still. Although it was wonderful, I remember thinking during her birth that I could really use those pain meds/epidural. Like they say, it is the one painful thing that is forgotten instantly but still leaves you in awe.
