2.5 miles, just under half an hour. My timing was imprecise enough that I don't know whether I was under an eleven-minute mile or not. If I could keep up THAT pace, which I strongly suspect I cannot!!, I could do B-to-B in an hour and a half.

The blisters are getting bad. There are three, now, layered. @#$ it, I need better shoes. These seemed so good when I was trying them on... :-/
My appetite fluctuates greatly according to mood, amount I'm concentrating, and physical exertion. Yesterday I didn't do much and I ate only seven hundred calories. Had to force myself to eat the last five hundred of that. I think that contributed to making this morning's run a little tougher than it otherwise might have been. Note to self: today, eat.
