Gee, that sounds like it would be a good movie title. Just need to change something... something... not sure what.

Anyhow. This morning I ran 1.6mi in 15:11, even with most of the painkillers faded from my system! I had to push pretty hard for that pace, though. I should drop back just a little. Still, I'm pleased about it.

I want ear-warmers.
