I didn't know he was into that! Speaking of which, the author of the article didn't say a word about how many calories a good flogging burns. I betcha it's worth counting.

Looks like an empirical question to me CJ. I know it's usually a pretty comprehensive shoulder and arm workout. Couldn't comment on the calorie burning experience from the POV of the floggee, but there must be some energy expenditure there.

Now, if we include what can occur *after* the whip action stops, a whole lot of energy can be expended.
