I'm restarting my exercise program after several months of absence. It's KICKING MY BUTT! Yesterday, in the middle of my weights routine, my blood sugar dropped so low that I had to sit down for a while just to gear up enough energy to go fetch my glucose tablets. Today was better but now my muscles are soooooore.

I knew I needed this. If I'd known just how badly I needed it, I might never have had the courage to start!

I'm proud of myself for doing it. I'd like to think I'm learning to take care of myself.

I've been really bad about exercise while I've been travelling. Restarting my exercise routine after I get back to Boston should be interesting....

Yeah, I bet. I suppose DDR isn't very portable, eh?

I have a fairly compact exercise set involving various thicknesses of rubber tubing for resistance, a couple of handles, and a door hook. It's come along on every trip I've made in the last couple months. Naturally, I have yet to use it even once. Sigh.
