I enjoy baking. It's a comfort for me.

What are your comforts? I'll put some of mine behind the cut.

Baking
Warm blankets
A cat purring
Fun books that aren't full of toxic
Music
Sticking my head out the window to feel the sunshine

Artifex Mundi is probably the company that makes the most of them. I play them on a tablet, but you can play them on a computer.

The Ghosts of Maple Creek is a favorite of mine, though it is quite old.

They're puzzles and object collection games where you're playing a character and advancing in a story.

The Room was the first one I ever played.

Both of those stories are a bit dark, but kinda cool.

https://www.artifexmundi.com/g/ has a lot of them.

I think Ghosts of Maple Creek would give you the clearest idea of how HOPA games often work. It's one of the better ones. Though it is a horror game.

The Room is in a class by itself and I don't think, other than the sequels, there's anything like it out there in terms of sucking you in and getting you to hammer away at difficult puzzles.
