In roughly five hours, or 18000 seconds, I should be done slogging through the nightmare merge here at work.

257400 seconds until the fondue party.

441000 seconds until my next Watercourse Way timeslot.

One month until my Thursdays are free (mostly).

Life is good.

What, praytell, is Watercourse Way? The name is intriguing, and anything you'd look forward to this much must be good.

Oh, that looks like a hedonistic paradise - even before I add in the thought of you being there. Lovely.

It is, and agreed ;-)

It is a little slice of heaven in Palo Alto, CA. :):)

Before you add in the thought of me being there, all their pictures of hot tubs already include conventionally-attractive women wearing nothing more than a towel. After you add in the thought of me being there, why, you see TWO women! ;-)

Yep, two women. One of whom I know (sorta) and sometimes flirt with, and whom I suspect would be great fun to flirt with in those circumstances...

Did you pick that expression up from me?

Almost certainly, with it probably sticking in part because it resonaes with watching space launches as a kid.

I guess I owe you a royalty payment. :)

I dare you to collect. I double dare you. I double dog dare you.

(But it's okay, perhaps preferable, to wait until I'm healthy again.)

Roger that

In both the American military and British vernacular senses? (Hey, I can dream.)

*laughing* It's really great that words have many meanings, isn't it?

In this case, what I'd been thinking was just agreeing with you, but perhaps my subconcious got the better of me...
