First night off Ambien; slept four hours if that; feel awful.

Bad baseline. Food experiments tomorrow! Or Saturday. Or something.

(Ignoring the allergy thing unless both A) somebody can make it make any sense, and B) somebody explains convincingly that there's a LOT of expected gain. I'm guessing there's no way both A and B will be true!)

I'm all with you on the allergy thing.
Knowing that chemo will not affect the type of tumor I have, when it reappears after the experiment I plan on passing, thank you.

I've been taking Ambien for years now. I've gone off for brief periods of time, and yes, the first night off is awful. The second night is somewhat better, and by the third night, I'm okay.
