A stoopid scheduling conflict for 7/12 looks to be easily resolvable.

I got a handler to install on an N95.

91% dark chocolate is yummy.

Little Girl did not leak tonight.

7/12? I'm planning on being somewhere you're supposed to be on 7/12. Something I'm supposed to be doing for the first time that day morning.

Ooo, a virgin! ;-)

Yeah, that was one half of the conflict, the half that (obviously) is going to win.

91%? Swoon! What brand? I've only found up to 88% so far...

E. Guittard, a bar they call "Nocturne". My coworker found it, brought it to me, and said "I found something I think you might like." I told her the bar wouldn't last the day, and it didn't! :-)

Thanks - I'll keep an eye out for it! I love very dark chocolate.

As I recently discovered, 99% is not.

Yay, little girl!

100% isn't either, as we discovered at a rest stop somewhere in Italy. They sell that stuff (and lots of other fine-food-ish things) at rest stops along the highway.

Little Girl is much happier if I pinch her shut for a while. :-)

I wonder how different to me 91% would taste compared to 86 or 88 (can't remember which is the max. % I've tried previously). Given my muted sense of smell, and the fact that 86/88 are pushing into the "bitter" limit for me, can 3-5% taste that different? What brand is it?

The difference between E. Guittard Nocturne 91% and Lindt & Spru"ngli 85% was a lot more along the lines of "these were made from completely different beans" than what additives were or weren't there. It's amazing the subtleties that pop out.
