Poor Little Girl!

Do you know how fun it is to shower and dress in a room where you reeeeeally don't want to put your foot on the floor?

My cat seems to have a UTI, you see. (All you cat owners out there are probably thinking got the picture; you don't need to say another word.) This meant confinement to a room with a linoleum floor. (Now everyone else is probably thinking got the picture and wish I hadn't; please don't say another word.) She's at the vet's now. I can't wait for the antibiotics to kick in, and I'm sure Little Girl will be even happier than I.

She's so not a complainer. Exactly once I heard her emit a little chirp while she was straining. It's gotta hurt.

poor Little Girl! Samkitty and Giles (and I!) send their best to her -- none of envy her the pain or the trip to the doc (and whatever humiliation ensues there).

They couldn't get a culture - no surprise there. I wonder why they even try when a cat has these symptoms. She won't ever have anything in her bladder! But we have antibiotics anyway. Fingers crossed.
