I read somewhere that orgasms are good for cramping because it relaxes the muscles in the region. On the other hand, Catch-22, who feels like having an orgasm when youre in pain, right?
I get fifteen minutes or so, but still I definitely don't have the stamina. Every fifteen minutes for three days in a row... nope, I just don't have that capability. :-)
Vicodin is great for working! At least for me. Focussing and well as pleasant. At a previous job, there was a ready supply of it around and I used to work that way just cuz.
Personally, I wouldn't drive on more than one or two of them. It does retard motor skills and reaction time, but all that means in our kinda work is slightly slower typing speed which at least for me isn't generally the bottleneck.
My personal experience is that it doesn't impede either creative thinking or logical processing. It might hinder memory VERY slightly, but not at a level that you'd notice while programming.
If you're hurting and you think it would help and have it available, go for it.
Hm. Thanks for the info! I just might try it this evening, then. It's at home -- and by then some of the naproxen sodium should taper off (I've taken 880mg so far this morning).
