This was not what I wanted to see this morning when I went to get a cup of tea. It was fine when I put it on after my shower!
You know what this means, right? It means I have to go to... (cue ominous music)... THE MALL. That's where the repair shop is.
Oh, really? Hm.
I have become totally mall-o-phobic over the past few years. If I can't buy it in a single store or over the internet, I won't buy it at all.
If I'm going to a mall with a Sears or Target ... I go into the Sears or Target, and leave without going into the mall.
I'm fine with large numbers of people - I have no problem walking through downtown Chicago or San Francisco during Rush Hour - but I find the majority of people at the mall ... well, annoying.
Of course, I'm the type of geek who doesn't go shopping until something highly specific is needed.
Re: Oh, really? Hm.
As you might imagine, I'm mall-phobic too. Heck, I was mall-phobic when I could walk that kind of distance. People in malls move slowly and erratically and are never looking where they're going. If I have someplace I want to be, and I'm making a good faith effort to get there, the vast mass of human speed bumps can really tip me over the edge.
