My e-mail is mostly dead

Mail to me was almost completely not working for several hours today. I just tested with one message and it got through, but I'm not at all sure it's reliable; spam would arrive very occasionally even during the "mostly dead" period. [Edit: Definitely NOT yet reliable.]

Don't ya hate that? E-mail is dead UNLESS you are a spammer. Worst of both worlds!

This means I'm probably missing a lot of LJ comment notifications, f'rex, and I've probably not seen at least a few things people have sent. If you need to mention something, comment here and I'll keep checking back.

For the last several months I have had e-mail issues with my MSN e-mail to the point where it wasn't grabbing anything from the Hotmail server. In the last month Hotmail has decided that it doesn't like Live Journal and won't give me comment notifications. I am now having my LJ cpmmnetary going to a g-mail (google) account, where I can at least get notification. If Hotmil continues to pull the snob routine, I may transfer everything over to g-mail.

I want my frellin' MSN mail back. I liked the MSN set-up and tolerate the other formats.

That would be schweet. I'm entirely booked this week (well, Friday is only penciled in, but I'm pretty sure), and I'm at a conference for a good chunk of next week. After that?
