In the building where I work, they've recently started putting candy in the restrooms. There are Starlight mints, butterscotch drops, and Tootsie rolls.

I don't know about you, but when I head into a restroom the first thing I do NOT think is "Snack time!" The second thing I do NOT think is "I'd like to eat a Tootsie roll!"

That is wrong on all levels. No food in bathrooms. One of my roommates used to take a cup of coffee and a magazine into the bathroom and that put me off my feed...

I'm not as bothered by the food thing as some folk are, although I'm not going to eat anything from that candy dish. And the whole idea of being offered a Tootsie roll in a bathroom... that's just too clueless!
