With me, usually a mild fever comes back, and I get a lot of chest congestion indicated by a productive cough and mild wheezing. If it gets much worse (more productive coughing that isn't relieved and comes from deeper in the lungs, fever getting higher, and malaise settles in (continually tired)), that's when it's usually slipped from bronchitis to pneumonia.

Ah. I have the mild fever and the malaise and not much else. I think I have patho-just-plain-sick-and-tired-ogy.
