No wonder

I've been thinking I must be pretty sick indeed, judging by my complete lack of appetite. Then I thought to look... did you know a half gallon of orange juice has nearly NINE HUNDRED calories? No wonder I'm not gnawing on the bedsheets.

It is really weird to have a big violent sneeze be "productive". Tastes awful, too.

I think I'm as ready as I can be for tomorrow's flights. I have a face mask, I have a good set of OTC cold/cough drugs in pill form, and I'll buy a lot of Kleenex in the concourse. Perhaps I should buy a small pad of paper if I still can't talk tomorrow.

I get to see my kitties tomorrow night.

I get to go to work the next morning. Maybe. Maybe I get to stay home in bed.

Our house doesn't have working plumbing.

2007 is off to a rollicking good start!
