One-True-Way-ism bugs me. It bugs me a lot.

This is in itself a form of OTWism, so it bugs me, too.

Hm.
I think it's useful to separate the following kinds of positions:

1) I think my path is correct, but I'm willing and able to engage with you sincerely on the matter if you're interested in trying to convince me otherwise.

2) I think my path is correct and I'm unwilling to sincerely engage in any attempt to convince me otherwise.

3) I think my path is correct and will attempt to engage others in order to convince them of the correctness of my path.

4) I think my path is correct and genuinely do not understand how anyone of normal mental capacity can think otherwise.

5) I don't know if my path is correct or not but it's the best I've got at the moment, and I'm content with that.

6) I don't know if my path is correct or not and will attempt to engage others in order for them to convince me of the correctness of their path.

7) I think my path is correct for me, but that depends on enough of my idiosyncracies that I don't think other people have much of relevance to say on the matter unless they happen to share (or at least understand really well) most of those idiosyncracies.

With the exception of the last one, I think all of those are some flavor or another of OTWism. Some are more objectionable than others.

5 seems pretty unobjectionable to me, too, and of the rest I sure do get bugged by some far more strongly than by others. There's also a big difference between "I think my path is correct for me" (in just about any of these) and "I think my path is correct for everyone".
