Isn't it great? It makes me wish I had Carrie Fisher's face JUST so I could wear that thing!

Princess Leia Knitted Hat -- so very brilliant, and yet you could not pay me a large enough sum of money to wear it. A paradox!

*laughter*! Me, I'd wear it! I am known to have no dignity at all. :-)

Is that a FULL SIZE fire truck up there? WTF? I probably don't even want to know how you'd pull off something like that.
I adore that hat! I would SO wear that.

25 feet! It's a really big dome. I am sure the planning was intense.

I LOVE THAT HAT!

Well, that makes two of us. Four, if you count Randy and Joe.
Darnit.

Some things really are one-item costumes, aren't they? This definitely is in that category.

The Leia hat needs a bit of a "rouch" in the center to look like a part. Then, it'd be perfect.

I don't know what a "rouch" is, but yes, a hint of a part would indeed be perfect!

Oh yes, I could see why that would make it look part-like! Could it be done on the appropriate scale? That hat seemed like it had very big stitches compared to the top.
