Stress Reduction

Thank goodness some of the stuff hanging over my head is finally getting done. Two pair of jeans are tidily mended now, which brings my total wearable pairs of pants to three. Three is LOTS BETTER than one. I tellya, laundry was getting to be a difficult thing around my house.

I've booked lodgings for this weekend's trip, which was a nagging worry in the back of my head. Phew. (Although I think I did it too quickly. I finally got a return phone call from the place that was my first choice, and they DID have space, I just didn't have any way to know that. GRR.)

Kim is going to take my car in and get tires for it this afternoon or tomorrow. YAY! I feel like such a yuppie, not even having time to take my own car to the shop for goodness' sake. But at least it's going to get done. Before the trip, too, which means I can trust my car to get us there. GOOD.

Now I just have a couple of e-mails to answer (people wanting things from me are the tough ones) and I'll be in pretty good shape!

Well *I'd* say so....but then I'm biased...wink wink.
(I only have 5 pairs of funcitoning pants - 2 of which are "broken"/to tight...sigh.)
