Good luck with it. I've been working on refinancing my house since December, and it looks like I just might be able to close (finally) next week.

I shall be looking forward to good news from CJ land.

Refinancing? I am about to look at a very promising property and then re-view another promising property that I looked at a few weeks ago. I have a good feeling that I will be getting some house-related paperwork coming my way too *fingers crossed*. Have a good weekend!

Sorta refinancing... redoing the loan because Rick moved out. They weren't too happy with just taking one of the co-borrowers off the loan. They wanted a whole new application, new copies of tax statements, etc etc etc. Not that my information has changed all that much. *sigh*. I guess Rob's has.
