I need to do a better job of the affirmations. But the concept he puts forth has been a guiding force over most of the last year, and it's been very informative. We decided to get the domain so we could all have addresses that say XXXXX (at) easyandrelaxed (dot) net. That's the one I put on my Girl Scout correspondence. It's a bit longer than our usual, but definitely has a different "feel" to it, and I like that feel, though I'm not always good at BEING "easy and relaxed" (a condition I'm sure you understand!).
