I'm not all here

My LJ presence is spotty lately. There are comments going unanswered. There are posts I would not normally ignore getting ignored. Sometimes I answer, sometimes I don't. Spotty.

There is some off-LJ icky stuff I'm dealing with at the moment. It will be better... um... when it's better. Couple of weeks at least, couple of months at most. (For those who may worry, no, it's not my health. Unless I stress myself into an ulcer or something.)

This isn't quite precisely an apology because I'm doin' what I gotta do, but at least it's a bit of background.

I'm developing a theory, which is that cats that vanish, leaving no trace (which happens a LOT with cats, but not with dogs or other animals), are cats that have reached Feline Purrfection and have been raptured into glory by Pawed, the great Cat Deity.
