Unexpected kudos

I told my mom about my House In Order challenge. She had called me in the midst of going through a bunch of old clutter, so I mentioned what I'd been doing. She loved the idea. She thought it was "a great story" and asked if she could share it. (I suspect the bit about "progress, not perfection" really speaks to her. I see where I get my perfectionism.)

What with some unrelated awfulness grumpifying my life right now, it felt very good to get a pat on the back. Yay for Mom!
