Roth IRA created for 2005 and 2006. Easy peasy! And BEFORE the actual deadline. Be afraid, be very afraid. My brain is being taken over by aliens... proactive, responsible, grown-up aliens. :-)
I'm especially inspired right now because I have surprise out-of-town company coming in late tonight and I've got a giant to-do list (plus more I wish I had time to do).
BZZZnrrnrrnrrnrrnrrZZZZT! There! Good luck on that giant to-do list. Short-notice guests have incredible superpowers for expanding the size of one's to-do list.
Thanks. My to-do list got shortened when my collective decided to bring Check-In to my house. We have Check-In every 2 weeks, and my older son and I normally switch off, because my younger son isn't interested in Check-In, which equals boredom and interrupting the process. Well, they decided that if they brought it to my house, I could participate. That was at 6:15. Four hours later, I still have most of my list left to do. I'll do what I can and know that my friends love me even if there is unfolded laundry on the massage table and the carpet's not freshly swept.

Yes indeed - at least, a friend who needs me to be always neat and tidy is a friend who's going to be sorely disappointed in me sooner or later. May as well let 'em know what they're in for sooner, eh? ;-)
Dishes are done, kitchen is clean, kitchen rug shaken outside & floor swept. Living room is picked up, but not swept. We'll see if that gets done. Laundry in my room is about halfway done being folded & put away. Massage table needs to be folded up. Remaining laundry may get put against the wall in its baskets and called good! I'll work on that a bit more, but I think I'm going to try to take a bit of a nap. They're supposed to arrive between 2am & 4am, so I'll probably set my alarm for about 1:30, get up, and put on rice and start the stir-fry. I can't not have food for them - feeding people is what I do! LOL
*feels your forehead for signs of fever* are you sure you're OK? it appears that you've been infected with Erica organizus virus. E organizus, while not fatal, can cause shortness of breath, moments of weakness interspersed with moments of hilarity, a disturbing need to take pictures and throw things away. recovery time varies, and relapses are, sadly, frequent and recurring. there is no known cure or vaccine for E organizus.
