Butt. Gear. Now.

Today was going to be a Get Things Done day, since yesterday I had the unbelievable freedom of nothing I had to do at pre-set times and I therefore read an 850-page book. (and did some work from home.)

So far, today, I have:
- cleaned up what jackiecat did, all thirteen spots of it
- totaled my PA28-161 time for checkout forms
- fixed the build at work

I leave for my flight lesson in about five hours. If I want to get stuff done this is when it has to happen. Time to hop to it.

Hi! The book was To Light a Candle, second book in one of those massive epic single-hero-saves-the-world fantasy things. Wow, was it ever nice to just sit down and read.

I'm simultaneously loving and hating this cleanup plan. No break no matter how busy I am! Chores every single day! But the results are great; I'm getting a lot done.

I took a peek over at your journal and saw that you really are in Finland! Impressive! I'll enjoy reading about that.

Interesting! The Obsidian Trilogy sounds vaguely famiIiar. I just read a giant doorstop book too, but it took me over a week and that was with half of spring break to play with. I don't think I could ever in my life do it in one day. (Mine was Jilly Cooper, Score! (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0593042263/sr=8-7/qid=1143483532/ref=pd_bbs_7/103-4629896-3503030?%5Fencoding=UTF8). She is kind of her own contemporary fantasy/romance genre and I badly want someone to write a LARP based on her Rutshire Chronicles.)
