Rob disconnected the rental car's horn relay! Huzzah!

My marshmallow shooter works very well. It sends those little guys a good forty feet. It's going to be disassembled into a kit for my dad.

on first read I expected a "marshmallow shooter" to be some kind of cocktail :) my mistake - call it a swish miss :)

Sounds like a really sweet girly drink. Some kind of schnapps must be involved. :)

My brain piped up with "oyster shooter". I can only imagine what this house would be like if we'd been firing oysters all over it and being unsure where to find them later!

Woohoo! A premade one, or did you have to assemble it?

I have to assemble it. CB got one too, so I actually gave him mine so he can make his bigger!

SIZE IS EVERYTHING! Woohoo!

I hear a longer barrel does a lot for the eventual range of the marshmallow. I didn't experiment 'cause I got tired of sanding down the ends of the PVC bits!

Oh this one was in a kit. I didn't open mine, but my nieces and nephews did and they were shoopting away instantly. Ugh sanding!

Oh excellent! If I ever make another I'll spring for the price of a kit. Anyone making a kit has better tools than I've got :-)

I Need one of those!

They are excellent fun. The joy, apparently, is in sanding down the cut ends of the PVC pipe so the marshmallow doesn't get hung up on one of the corners.

Okay, that's pretty cool. I'm asking Santa for one next year...

I wish I'd taken a picture of the look on my dad's face after he fired it the first time. The marshmallow went clear across the living room, through a doorway, and it hit the cabinets on the far side of the kitchen. He was stunned.

The joy is in sanding down the cut ends of the PVC pipe so the marshmallow doesn't get hung up on one of the corners. That took a little time.
