Me, too. I always want to watch, to ask questions about the tools, to discuss the structures we're seeing, etc. It's endlessly fascinating. Do you ever watch the surgeries on Discovery Health Channel? I once watched a hip replacement surgery that was so completely engrossing.
Very, very rarely do I have to turn away because of something that is difficult to see.

We don't have a TV, but one of the most engrossing things I watched as a child was an open heart surgery.
