I'm nervous

Appointment to go over MRI results with doctor tomorrow. Every time I think about it I can feel my heart race. I'm terrified that the images will show nothing to fix. I'm equally terrified that they'll show something to fix, but that the surgery will mean I can never run again. I'm trying not to think about it. Deep breaths... I bet I get no sleep tonight.
