After many days of slacking off, I pulled out the wheelchair again and went twice around the building. My watch says that took somewhere between fifteen and twenty minutes. I'm heartened to realize that a decent time-chunk for cardiovascular exercise isn't much longer than that.

YAY for you!!! and if it's half as humid out there as it is here, you get bonus points. ;-)

*shakes pom-poms and swishes skirt to cheer you on*

Not very humid, but definitely sunny and warm.

I really do hate exercising, except running. I am going to have to get over that.

You're going to be so strong!

I'm still hoping that you can come and see Amma. I'm sorry that the only night you can make it is the Devi Bhava, which is so crowded, but on the other hand, it's an amazing experience. And you may get a perk out of your current disability, and get to go for your hug on the early side.

I'll at least have a couple of feisty arm muscles! :-)

I am leaning strongly towards coming to see Amma. I don't have to be awake at any particular time the next day.

Here is something I overheard last night:

It was said with love, so I had to chuckle.

I have to chuckle too. I absolutely WOULD have a motorized one -- probably enhanced for high speeds -- but for geeky fun, not for exercise! :-)

*cheering* for you. And maybe some afterburners on that thing?

I could mount a bottle rocket launcher discreetly under it for people who get in her way. ;-)
