Left turns today, once around the building. Yesterday felt easier than the day before, so I thought I was improving rapidly. Today countered that trend. Counterclockwise is harder than clockwise. Maybe the chair has a right-turning tendency.

Two blisters on my right hand! No more without gloves.

- Time: ??? (As yesterday, probably averaged what used to be a comfortable walking pace)
- Right arm is aching, left doesn't care
- Not much of a sweat at all
- Current goal: able to go once around without feeling tired

my muscles always feel worst the *second* day after being challenged in a new way.

if I were trying to build endurance, I'd probably go 1/4 to 1/3 around the building, stop, turn around, come back... and do so twice a day.

then try to increase distance more gradually.

that woiuld also work your arms more evenly. but everyone's body is slightly different, what works for me might not for you.

congrats, I think that persistence will pay off no matter how you go about this.

Twice a day is something I hadn't thought of. Hmm. Maybe skip the hilly part in the beginning... (Funny that I now think of this parking lot as having a "hilly part".)
