How many times can you use the word "and" in a row in a sentence and have it still make grammatical sense (once you wrap your mind around it)?
So a worker was painting a sign outside a building. The boss came out and read it "Ampersand&Anderson" and told the worker "No no no, that's all wrong. You need a space between Ampers and and and and and and and and and And and And and derson."
Ampers and & And erson
heh.

I once commented to mactavish that Casey and Andy (http://www.livejournal.com/users/c_and_a) could be abbreviated Case&&&& (reasoning left as a puzzle :))

One of my favorites is the punctuate-this exercise: JOHN WHILE JANE HAD HAD HAD HAD HAD HAD HAD HAD HAD HAD HAD A BETTER EFFECT ON THE TEACHER
John, while Jane had had "had," had had "had had." "Had had" had had a better effect on the teacher.

Or German: gesund (healthy) und ...? I keep coming up with words that start with "unt" rather than "und".
