Last set of alcohol injections for the left foot this morning. Zombie foot didn't need a band-aid.
sunnydale47, I did try to breathe out through them! I didn't count seconds, but I think they take eight to ten seconds of fluid-pushing. That's a bit long. But these were the least painful ones anyhow, because the nerves are already so weak.
Not that it's a BIG amount of pain anyway. Who cares about ten seconds of ouch? I'll run again! The doctor asked me to come back for an evaluation in a month; I extended it to a month and a half because I'll be in Osaka in a month. But after that evaluation, maybe I can run again! I am soooooooo excited.

The inflammation in between treatments is bad, badbadbad. But my fingers are crossed that after that fades (which is what we're waiting a month / six weeks for) there won't be much owie left. I could just *squee* over the possibility of being more active again!
