I forgot what it was like before I got those orthotics. My doctor took them away this morning for repairs. I haven't done much walking today, yet my whole left forefoot is throbbing now. I wonder how I'm going to do without them for two weeks. I may cancel all square dancing activity (except calling, of course).

Owie! Can you ice the feet periodically, and does it at least provide a little temporary relief?

I haven't tried. Since throbbing might be inflammation instead of direct nerve pain, maybe I'll give that a shot. Thanks.
