Foot doctor appointment 9am tomorrow. I still haven't decided whether I want the nerves killed; this appointment will hopefully help me decide. Wish me luck.

Thanks! There's one more thing to try before killing the nerves. At least I've made the decision: if this doesn't work I'll go ahead and kill 'em.
